Re: Manuscript Target count changes after you compile folder other than 'Manuscript'

Click the "Options" button and check the state of "Count current compile group only". Most likely you have it checked and this is an expected behavior.

Re: [RC10] UX/UI comment

Scrivener supports a great range of audio/video codecs, but is not a dedicated multimedia player. Even if your file has an AVI audio file extension, it might still use unsupported audio codec inside and you will not hear sound through Scrivener.

Re: Finding cursor position in items that have lost focus now takes 3-5 clicks instead of 1-2

The quickest way to focus the editor is using the Navigate > Move Focus To > Editor shortcut, which is the "Win+[" key combination. The tab order depends on which is your current active Scrivener area. Meta+Alt+E is the new shortcut to cycle through the Scrivener main areas. You can of cou...

Re: [TD] Bug - Editor scrolling in locked pane

Thanks for the video. It explains a lot. Have in mind that you are in Scrivenings mode. In this mode the Binder click is treat as bring me to the top of the document within the Scrivenings session. You have locked in the Editor multiple documents, i.e. all Scrivenings documents, which are laid out a...

Re: Snaphots are getting deleted

Please, try to create a reproducible project example. Ensure that you have enabled backups on open and/or close and make sure that you have increased the number of backups. Once a snapshot disappears try to pinpoint the two consecutive project backups with and without the snapshot. Once you have the...

I am afraid I could not reproduce this bug. Uploading a video of the steps that you make is probably best to reproduce this issue. Thanks!

Re: Revision mode activated by Alt+015? [2.9.9.10]

These default shortcuts will be removed in the next update and left up to the user to specify manually. Meanwhile you can go to File > Options > Keyboard > type "Revision" and clear the shortcuts for each revision level.

Hope this helps.

Re: What happened to the keyboard shortcut keys?

We have introduced new shortcut themes. If you have switched to the new shortcut theme(via the new shortcut theme selection dialog upon new Beta installation), you can revert to the legacy shortcut theme via: File > Options > Keyboard > Import > Scrivener for Windows v1.

Re: 'Reopen projects that were open on quit' is not working properly.

Open the two projects and use File > Exit. Upon starting Scrivener from a desktop icon both projects will be loaded. The checkboxes inside the Recent Projects menu show the active project at the moment, as it might happen that you have multiple projects with the same project name but different locat...
