Re: 1.5.x BETA TESTING IS CLOSED - THANK YOU :)

This is due to the Uninstaller issue Lee has described above for users running Official and Beta releases. Please, remove all Beta and Official versions manually, download and install the latest official version. Sorry about that, but this should bring you back to one and only Scrivener version.

Re: Target box suddenly wider than my screen

The possible reason for your troubles might still be the power loss, Tilandra. The power loss might have corrupted some System Font information that is used to calculate the default size of the dialogs. There is nothing for me to prove it, but sounds like the only reasonable explanation based on you...

Re: 1.5.1.1 Bug-- won't show large images

Marta, you might be happy to know, that we optimized the usage of Image resources a bit. I hope the new version(coming in the next few days) will allow you to have more image manipulation programs running together with Scrivener. Still keep in mind these resources are limited. :-)

Re: Printing Corkboard

The last few Beta versions have Outline and Corkboard print functionality readily available. You might give it a try, or wait for the new official release in few weeks time.

Re: Crash [1.5.1.1] - Clicking quickly among texts in the binder

Hi Higgs, No matter how hard and quickly I try to switch between documents, I could not make Scrivener crash unfortunately. I also tried navigating with the keyboard(which is much quicker than mouse clicks), but also could not make Scrivener crash. A minidump file might be more useful to trace this ...

Re: 1.5.1.1 Bug-- won't show large images

Displaying images is also connected with the operating system resources. If many programs are using them, or the programs are not releasing them properly, you might run out of resources. It might be Scrivener misusing the resources, but it might be also any other program running at them moment. Rest...

Re: Crash [1.5.1.1] - Clicking quickly among texts in the binder

there is a minidump directory(inside the Scrivener installation directory), which collects Scrivener crash log information. If you send us a minidump file produced consistently, we can invastigate the problem further and find the cause of the crash.

Re: Beta 1.5.0.9 freeze/crash

There is no a definite answer, Marta. It depends a lot on the contents of the Doc, file. I would recommend importing the Doc file directly. if you notice any problems, than convert and import an Rtf version of it.
