Strikethrough requested

After discussing the strikethough feature (http://www.literatureandlatte.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=13063&p=149386#p149386), concluding that there is no button available for it on the Mac: would that be possible to include in a next version? The strikethrough function is very handy with ...

Re: A strikeout function, please

This still exists, just below the comment and footnote buttons. Make sure you're looking at the Format Toolbar list and not the Main Toolbar (in Tools > Customize Toolbars). Just to be sure, I'm on a Mac. OS 10.6.8. Scrivener 2.4.1. As fas as I know, I only have one 'Customize Toolbar'. By right-cl...

Re: A strikeout function, please

MimeticMouton on Fri Apr 29, 2011 8:21 am: The strikethrough function is already present: look in Format>Font>Strike Through. You can add a button to the format bar if you want by going into Edit>Edit Toolbars, selecting the Format toolbar, and then adding the Strike Through function. In future thi...

Find/replace text style

Good morning Scriveners,

Is there a way to do a find/replace based on text style? For example, to replace all underlined words in a document by boldface?

Could not find it in the manual or here on the forum; if available though, maybe someone could be so kind to post a link.

Thanks!

Re: Link between editor-activation and B-F-arrows

The current behaviour is correct Certainly. And the option I would like see too  Lion and Mountain Lion uses Quick Look previews for files it cannot open directly Ah! I'm indeed still on SL 10.6.8 (best sofar imho). Will have to wait then previewing until 10.9 I guess. Thanks for the comments...

Link between editor-activation and B-F-arrows

Page-activation When I want to activate the left or right editor, I click on the page or on the titlebar of that page. However, when I click on one of the arrows (backwards, forwards), this does not activate the actual page. While in some cases this may come in handy, I find myself constantly corre...

Re: Recent items list

Wow! Thanks!

I'm sure it will be in the manual somewhere, but could not find it. I just checked on 'back button' and on 'recent items' but to no avail. Anyway, I'm helped very much!

Kind regards,

Recent items list

Hi, Would it be possible to build in a feature that allows one to go to a recent item? Just like 'recent items' in the Apple menu (Finder). I work with hundreds of pages within a Srivener-document and sometimes do not know by heart where a specific pages is stored I recently worked on. A recent item...

Re: Folder with new binder icons collection?

I meanwhile found out how to do it as I found the icon folders within the application. Path: /Applications/Scrivener.app/Contents/Resources/Default Support Folder/Icons Suppose you want a set of icons of cars, you start adding, for example, a (16x16) icon: 'cars (car red)'. Next a new icon, 'cars (c...

Re: Folder with new binder icons collection?

Hi AmberV, With 'binder icon' I meant an icon you can give a folder or document, i.e. 'light bulb', 'warning' etc. With 'binder icons collection' I meant the full collection of those icons. One can add icons to that binder icons collection by 'manage icons...' Instead, I want to add a new folder wit...

Folder with new binder icons collection?

I know I can add new icons to the binder icons collection.

But can I also add a new folder with binder icons to the binder icons collection?

If not, can I implement them in the application itself? If yes, where to go to after right-clicking 'show contents'?

Thank you,
Max

Inspector; document notes,

Dear Keith, please herewith find my feature-wish: In the Inspector all kinds of additional notes can be made. Especially handy when one wants to add some notes to a document that itself cannot be changed within Scrivener like a webpage, a PDF, an Excel file etc. However, to have the Inpector open co...
