Try taking a look at http://michaelhyatt.com/how-to-use-evernote-as-a-blogger.html. While you're doing broadcasts, he does blogging. However, he talks about how he uses Evernote to do what it appears you're after---how to store meta information.

The upcoming version will have some support for verso offset page printing, such as alternating margins, headers and footers. This should produce a better result than running it through the print driver, and will make it so you can have opposing page numbers. The new beta build should be surfacing ...

4) The way the encryption works (usually AES, or sometimes Blowfish/Twofish) means that only a person with the correct password can realistically decrypt the data within any useful time frame (i.e. current encryption schemes are only theoretically breakable and only if given years and years to work...

I write Sci-Fi. The first finished project is based off an effort of myself and two others at http://espacesociety.org . I've tinkered with various tools, which invariably stops me writing. If I could figure out how to import LaTeX to Scrivener, I'd try to use Scrivener to make a Kindle version. :-(...
