Re: How can I copy information from one Scrivener file to anothe

Just what I was looking for. :D

Shame it appears to 'only' copy from one to the other rather than physically transfer.

(Unless I'm doing something 'wrong')

Re: Scrivener Defaults

Apologies for butting in on this thread - but I too am having an issue with the default font. Within new folders, each new text page opens up with the font tab greyed out but clearly shows Georgia/10pt as the default. But when I paste/paste&match, or just start writing, the text comes out as Cou...

Re: Call me awkward :D

And just to make sure that the method is known, try dragging and dropping stuff from one project binder to another. That will copy everything about the item except for its label/status settings. Well I never ! Last time I tried that little trick it didn't work - though perhaps I was looking for a &...

Re: Update to 1.6.1.0

PC re-start failed to cure.

PC refused to shut-down - had to hold down the button to force a close.

ON wake up - very slow to open. Scrivener opened in 1.6.0 - re-downloaded - and this time managed to install the update. Registration was needed, but otherwise all seems to be working OK.

Update to 1.6.1.0

Has frozen my Scrivener session.

I have on screen the Check for Updates window. I have downloaded and have options to install or cancel. I chose "Install Update" - and everything has frozen.

Using Windows 8.1 - First ever time I've had any problems with updates ....

Re: Scrivener for the exploding Android-market?

Big thumb up to an Android App (and Lee's the man for the job when he gets off the beach!).

p.s. add in an option for a Local sync (pretty please - or I'll keep using OneNote   )

No problem - I'll just pick it up from the site - It was something peculiar to happen - both copies I have are identical; there's no logic to why one was Ok and not the other ...

Problem with update

Many thanks for the update, which I've successfully installed on my PC running Win7. It popped up when Scrivener was opened. Unfortunately my laptop copy (Vista machine) did not highlight the update. Help>>>Check for updates gives the message "No active Internet Connection found" - which i...

New Version 1.2.1.0 :- Okay I know all my files are stored on flash drive, with backups on PC & laptop - But I'm still experiencing lag when typing - in some respects I think it's worse than on previous build - but cannot scientifically confirm. Annoying that program continues to open maximised ...

Re: Scrivener 1.0.2 !?

The newsletter only announces major releases; especially right now when these minor updates are coming out frequently (Scrivener hasn't even been available for a full week and we've already put out two!), most users aren't going to want to get a barrage of email about one or two small fixes. We'll ...

Re: Scrivener on USB

I bought a license for Scrivener but I need to use it on my usb flash driver, is it possible now ? Thanks I have the Scrivener program on both PC and Laptop, but the projects are saved to a USB flash drive - I set the auto-backup to folders on PC & laptop. I don't know whether that would suit y...

Scrivener 1.0.2 !?

I missed any mention of updates to 1.0.0 - should we not be seeing some kind of message; at least in the forum, that new versions are available? It was only by popping in that I learned of 1.0.1; and now I see there is a 1.0.2! Can Scrivener not check for an updated version each time it launches(or ...
