Re: NiAD 2019**

Mrs PF thinks we should do it again. I’m not sure what her motive is, but since I’ve only ever seen her make one bad decision in her life (and 20 years later I’m still very grateful she did) I usually end up doing what she says. Yay!!! Mrs. PF is awesome!!!! Thank you, Mrs. PF!!! :D Ooooh! :D I con...

Re: Revisit previous years events?

Re: Revisit previous years events?

Yes!
Honestly, when I read the finished book, I always think 'oh, if only I'd known that....' Then again it is spoiling an element of the fun - the magician's reveal at midnight wouldn't be quite the same.

Re: NiaD 8: Live and Let NiaD

Big thanks to everyone who took part... HUGE THANKS to Keith, Ioa and the whole team at LL for generously hosting the event for the past 8 years, and for making Scrivener and Scapple, without which attempting this kind of event would be inconceivable! DITTO! I sincerely want to thank Mr. Pigfender ...

I think Auld Lang Syne is the one for 2018 - just a bit late.

Wouldn't that be the Horizontally Icy City?

It's winging it's way to you, Rog.

In in time, I hope, and not too many excess commas.

Much fun. Thanks! :D

WHAT!?
Well, thanks for that, PF. Nothing like a bit of pressure to aid the digestion. I'm so much more than discombobulated I think I need to lie down.

I found the links to three great sites to help you through the day, but wouldn't you know it, I've gone and lost 'em  Anyway, just Google 'em y'selves. a) The Mills&Boon Writers Guide b) Catherine Cookson's Tips For Struggling Authors, c) The Oxford English Dictionary's Guide to Bondage a...

Careful who you talk to around these 'ere parts, CAMY

Re: Book design - refresh? Or stay consistent?

Umm... Pigfender's mislaid his files, so I'd plump for GR being on topic... partially. Ah... you misinterpret my attempted poke in my own eye. As one of the more rabid off-topicers who's posts frequently get amputated from the original thread by Mr Bacon, I like to make noise and rattle a cage or s...
