Re: Not allowing me to paste?

So I'm sorry to say but this glitch is back...in a very odd way. I just noticed it after updating to the newest update. I can literally copy from one Scrivener project to another, but it won't let me copy from notepad into Scrivener. I can copy from Google docs into Scrivener, but the formatting is ...

Re: Not allowing me to paste?

Any idea what's going on? It's making it rather difficult to use Scrivener at this point since I'm doing a lot of work on the go. :(

Re: Not allowing me to paste?

Using WebRoot (antivirus) and just checked and made sure that it's allowing all of Scrivener's stuff to go through and it is, so I don't think that's a problem. I've tried pasting through both the menu command and by control+V. Neither works. I can copy-paste between within the editor, yeah, just te...

Not allowing me to paste?

So I'm using version 1.60 for Windows and for some reason it's not letting me paste anything into any files. I can create a new file, type into it - but if I try and paste anything in, it won't allow it. It just won't do anything. Using Windows 8 64bit. Mostly trying to paste from Googledocs or note...

Re: Crash emptying trash

I don't delete much, but if it happens again, I'll do that also. What I had done was set up a folder, created about 10 untitled documents, and then decided I was going to do something different - so I moved the folder and about ten docs down to the trash, right-clicked on the folder, trashed it, and...

Crash emptying trash

Hi!

So I downloaded and installed Scrivener beta 25, and I had moved a folder with about 10 files (all but one empty) to the trash and clicked on the folder and hit "empty trash". The folder was displaying all the files. Scrivener crashed.

Running Windows Vista x64 bit. :)

Re: SCRIV Beta 1.3: PROJECT NOTE notes

I'm not sure if this has been reported yet, but my project notes have been disappearing and reappearing. Steps: I'll be working on one document out of six in my Manuscript (draft folder), and they will be there. Then I'll select all 6 of them in Scrivenings mode and they disappear. They stay disappe...

Re: Project notes disappearing

I just figured I'd do a different thread since it's a different version (1.3) and that one is old enough that I don't want them to think I'm bumping an old bug. :? Should I repost it there, maybe?

Re: 2nd NOV - LEE'S DAILY UPDATE

I wanted to echo others - I love this program! I'm using it for NaNo and I hit my word count yesterday times two and wanted to keep going because of how nice it was to write.

Keep up the excellent work. :D We appreciate it so much.

You're awesome!

Re: My First Impressions (Phil Collins Approved*)

Though I do fear something major happening to end my Nano novel for good this year, I decided to use Scrivener. I figure that if something bad happens after all of the major work I had put into keeping it from happening, it's fate. So yes, I will be using Scrivener's beta version to attempt my nove...

Re: FIRST LINE INDENTATION

I have the same problem. It's properly formatted in documents I've never written in, but it disappears the moment I close the program.

Running Windows Vista 64 bit w4GB of RAM.

Changing color of background and text?

I was just wondering if it's possible to change the color of the Scrivener background...I was hoping to switch it to make it easier on my eyes. Is that supported in this release or will that be coming soon? I'd love to write in Scrivener but it hurts my eyes.

Re: Save Tutorial Hang

Yeah, download the hotfix. It's actually just a replacement .exe file - that's why it isn't packaged with the download. It'll make some things run smoother.
