Is there anyway to change the default styles of the templates?
I'd like to change the "Novel" template to use Times New Roman rather than Optima - always. I'd also want all the chapter pages to be double-spaced. Is this somehow possible?
I need to submit something in two hours... so if yo don't mind - could you please help a relative newbie, and let me know how to change the header once I click Print Current Document > PDF.
At the moment, it shows the Project Title, followed by the date and time of the print.
Sorry, if this is an easy question, but am relatively new to Scrivener. I save each scene as a different file. When I look at them all compiled (even when it's printed), a line separates them from one another. I'm fine when this line gets shown on screen, but when printed, I'd prefer this not to be ...
Thanks for all your comments... half a week of Mac experience now, and am still surprised by how easy everything is. Definitely think I'm cheating... Scrivener looks absolutely beautiful - and starts so much quicker than any other writing software I've used in Windows (i.e. "Opening Docum...
Just wanted to let you know that I am now officially an owner of a Macbook Pro, all because of Scrivener. I have to say that I adore my Mac, and can't believe I never made the switch earlier. The number of times I was surprised by how easy things were, I can't even count. I also realised how complic...

P.S.: My software developer "other half" (to whom I have just shown the crash happening) told me it looks like it may be a "memory leak". I am not as much of a tech savvy person, but who knows...
It does sound very similar to what happens on my machine, in that I get the same error message. But with me, I don't need to exit Full Screen for it to do it. It happened again this morning, and this time, I had no other programme running but Scrivener, never left the screen, etc. It just sort of fr...
Just wanted to say it happened again, so it is pretty consistent. It basically happens whenever the Full Screen is on, and let us say I don't write anything (but read instead) for five minutes. The moment I click on the screen to write something, it crashes... *Ok, editing this because it just happe...
Several times, Scrivener has crashed whilst I was working in Full Screen Mode.
Basically, I may be wanting to change something, but though the cursor would work and move around the screen, the "Full Screen" seemingly freezes, and shortly afterwards, Scrivener has to close down...
