And good catch too, Devin - along with great response as ever from @tiho....

Best to both, and enjoynig watching this project accumulate its fullness, as it does,

Re: "Icon and Title" bar sizing within the "Main Editor"

Good and sensible thoughts, archangel, and I don't know how much the project team can anticipate to do, but a good idea always for those of us who write, but on e way or another may not have youthful or otherwise 'standard' eyesight. I'll be quiet for them to respond, but note that we had a good dis...

Re: Add option to increase/decrease the indentation of items at each level in the Binder and Outliner

Sounds a good and relatively easy idea, and may be particularly useful with lower resolution screens, where font letters and symbols may get effectively shifted out of true position through anti-aliasing and font hints in attempt for better readability. And providing adjustability will allow getting...

Re: PLEASE make the beta periods longer!

A nice reply - appreciated this. I think the issue to consider here is the sheer scale of Scrivener use, over the world, and then the not-so-technical level of many writers using it, if we get a plethora of actual software persons here. To invite non-updating-Beta users would be opening a floodgate,...

Just a hello, and very deserved appreciation, Lee.

As for a long time, now. You put together, what is a great thing for many,
and so you can accept that smile from me.

Re: Scriv 3 Beta - Download over and over?

Jennifer, I had a look and you at Scrivener seem to be using phpBB, which has an extension which could reduce confusion and surprise here, by updating the Posting Date to a current date -- after you update the Post with new releases. https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/extension/change_post_time/ To ...

Beta 8 - issue with older iPad conversion at first

I've been using an original iPad 2 with the beta for more than a year, and it's been fine. The difference today is that I initiated this project on the iPad, instead of on the Win10 laptop. What happened will show in the screenshot below: a conversion was announced by Scrivener Win10, but then when ...

Pretty sensible, accurate, and read fully through, helpful advice, from someone posting that whack an avatar :)

Cheers, Jestar, that which you put up there feels a blast from the seventies, or maybe not later...and so we should especially enjoy...

Re: Install for Release Candidate 6 hangs

The problem may caused by the VM and not Scrivener. I have been using the betas and RC's on Wine using Linux. With the numerous betas and RC's, I have only had the install fail twice. The first time I left it until the next Beta. The second time is now. I can't update and I can't re-install. It is ...

Yes, I've seen this too - mentioned in a report about multiple document opening problems: Here's maybe a further clue. - I tried multiple projects, one after another - at first seemed to sork - but on the third one, I got a strange flash-up alert that disappeared, actually in two steps: = something ...

Re: LOOKING GOOD -- THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!!!

Yes, indeed... Having just produced something 'large' myself, it's easy to appreciate once again, how m any details there are always to be filled in, from the point where all the main work appears to be done. This is the thing to be really grateful for, that the Scrivener team who we know just keeps...

I think you've hit quite an important point here, Jestar...drag-drop is a very useful thing, and windows give that...
