Re: Scrivener export in Tinderbox

It is a snap. Just add the template and select your note/container and create a new HTML view and use the scrivener template for export. Rename the file extension before you export or after to .opml and that's it. It's working great for me, so far.

Re: Beginnings.scriv

I have a similar setup, but I often find it cumbersome. Can people share ideas on how they do their setups? I use DevonThink Pro and any idea, snippet, line, thought that pops into my head gets dumped into there. While I do love DevonThink Pro for a lot of things, I find that many of my notes just g...

AmberV,

You're correct. I meant to write linked comments.

Is it possible to change the footnote color in the Editor?

I've looked through the appearance menu, but was unable to find the option. I'm trying to change the default yellow to another, less-obtrusive, color for my eyes

Option for Horizontal Cursor

I've used a few applications that have a horizontal cursor, which I thought was an interesting idea.

Re: Today's Scrivener newsletter & Tinderbox

I've been using Tinderbox for a little bit over a year now. Like many users, I would cuss Tinderbox and run away, but for some reason (seriously, I have no idea) I kept coming back to it. Now, I can tell you that Tinderbox is such an amazing piece of software that is very much a part of my workflow....

Re: Writing a novel with Scrivener - David Hewson's new ebook

David, I recently read your book and I loved it. I came across your idea of a "Story Diary" in one of the chapters and became intrigued by the idea. I went to your site and found this post you made in your blog regarding your book diary: http://www.davidhewson.com/blog/2009/8/5/writing-a-b...

Retain Position in Web Entry

Is it possible to retain my current position on a web page that I've imported. I often read long pages and switch between that and another document and back; then having to find my place again on the web page...

I know I could use the split view, but I don't like working in that mode.

Thanks.

How do you use VoodooPad?

For those that don't know about Voodoopad, you can read about it here: http://flyingmeat.com/voodoopad/ I've been playing around with Voodoopad for sometime, but I'm having trouble establishing a system. I love what the program is capable of doing, however, I hate what my documents are turning into....

Would it be possible (or is it possible) to create custom meta data with the option of having a checkbox?
