Re: Scrivener iOS syncing via Dropbox continues to crash the app

So as it seems my 'question' ignited the blue touch paper.... (at least in this round!) I'm a LONG (VERY!) time scrivener user, and I've had bugs with dropbox and syncing and things over the years, and L&L have ALWAYS managed to fix issues I've had and I rate their support, development and commu...

Re: Scrivener iOS syncing via Dropbox continues to crash the app

Do we know the status of this bug? I'm wanting to upgrade my ageing iPhone 6 to an iPhone 11 Pro.. but that would mean going to iOS 13 and possibly encountering this bug? I use syncing quite a lot via dropbox between my iPhone and my Macbook Air... I assume syncing sounds fairly broken on iOS 13 ? t...

Re: How Does Scrivener Look on iPhone 11 Pro / iPhone 11 Pro Max ?

This isn't good for me then... one of the main reasons for upgrade is to have a better phone to work on Scrivener on.. I'm assuming the 'bug' is Apple/Dropbox mainly.. as most of the L&L bugs keith squishes pretty well.. unless it's outside their control.. :( Scrivener looks fine on my 11 Pro. B...

Re: How Does Scrivener Look on iPhone 11 Pro / iPhone 11 Pro Max ?

Thanks.. looks like the iPhone 6+ has a screen size of 5.5inches and 1920 x 1080 pixels vs the iPhone 11 pro having 5.8inch screen size with 2436x1125 pixels.. so I guess if the binder is capable on a 6+ is should be fine for the iPhone 11.. I think the Pro Max is just a tad to big to be a phone ;) ...

How Does Scrivener Look on iPhone 11 Pro / iPhone 11 Pro Max ?

I'm a long time Scrivener and Scrivener iOS user, I currently have an iPhone 6 running Scrivener which I use extensively. I'm now looking to upgrade my iPhone to an iPhone 11 Pro or possibly iPhone 11 Pro Max. I'm interested to know how Scrivener looks on those devices, which respect to the larger s...

Re: Syncing Scrivener on iOS takes a long time

I'm following this as well.. as syncing on iOS seems to take an age... the downloading file list takes some time (few minutes) and then the syncing files takes a while (but not as long as the downloading file list)... I've moved everything out of drop box and moved it back in... still the same issue...

Re: Nanowrimo 2017 sponsorship ?

That’s a relief!! I was looking here https://nanowrimo.org/sponsor-offers

Which doesn’t mention (at the moment) L&L but does mention others...

Need to get my mitts on that 50% golden ticket for V3 ;)

Nanowrimo 2017 sponsorship ?

Is L&L sponsoring nanowrimo this year... they are currently listing some *shock* other writing application as their sponsor.. I was talking to someone today about they should do NaNo and use scrivener because there’s a free version for November normally and there have been vouchers in the past f...

Re: Dragon dictate Mac v6 - scrivener specific support?!

that was my next port of call.. but i've always found them rather hard to get answers out of... I guess it seemed odd (but good) that scrivener was listed there along with the big guns... not that scrivener isn't... but its a nice feather in the cap.. ;) I have issues with my speech currently.. so i...

Dragon dictate Mac v6 - scrivener specific support?!

Saw a posting on a other writing group in the USA about dragon dictate v6 for Mac coming along in September, the interesting bit is that specifically meant ions support for scrivener (which was listed along with the "big" applications like word, pages etc http://www.nuance.co.uk/for-indivi...

I use SimpleNote at the moment for my 'scratch pad' so its not dissimilar i guess to what you're proposing.. but just hoped there might be a chance to do something more integrated that picked up the desktop's scratchpad as well...
