Re: Please do not go subscription

Before the Scrivener iOS version was out, I tried Ulysses since they had a working mobile version, but I could not get into that markup stuff. Came running back to Scrivener. I would have been upset had I liked it and now they switched to the subscription model. A business has to do what they need t...

Re: Adding page number in addition to location

Out of interest, why do you even want to do this? Hi Keith, It's just a feature that readers like to have. It was one of the big complaints when Amazon first released the Kindle which is why they eventually added that feature to the Kindle. So even though the actual page number might be off or not ...

Re: Sharing Manuscript

Thanks for the tips/feedback.

Track changes are on so I'll just work off the word doc now vs scrivener.

Thanks.

Sharing Manuscript

Hello, I hired an editor to edit my manuscript so I had to compile my manuscript as a word doc to email it to him, that worked out great. But now I'm importing the edited manuscript back into Scrivener, I end up with my original manuscript on Scrivener and a second file from the imported word doc. I...

Scrivener for Print on Demand (POD)

Hello there, I was wondering if anyone (self-publishers) is using Scrivener to generate their manuscript to submit to Print on Demand (PoD) services like Lightning Source or Amazon's CreateSpace? I've been using Scrivener for a couple weeks and I like it but can I use it to create a typeset file rea...
