I've had the same problem when I first opened beta 1.3--I could not find a cursor. I have not tried again (yet), but will post my results when I get back into the program.
In the synopsis window, I want to select all, cut the text, and paste into another synopsis/index card. I am unable to utilize right-click in this window. As a workaround, I've been using the Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C and Cntrl-V keyboard shortcuts.
