Conflicted document name

I'm sorting through some conflicts in a project of mine and the documents have the same name in the conflicted documents folder, which is " conflicted document."

I suggest such a document have the original file name. It would be easier to sort out conflicts

Re: Scrivener on iOS says synced to dropbox, but files not updated in dropbox

If I am following things correctly, the user synced his iPad at the very beginning of this process he has recounted, but he did not sync the windows machine version. This would account for the indexing issues. It strikes me that the other projects don't matter because they are separate projects. So ...

I tried the instructions at the end of your post, AmberV, and find that Textedit throws and error saying that there is no application to open the link. When I go to Applications to choose Scrivener to open the link, Scrivener is greyed out. Odd. I remember this working fine.

Re: WORDS ARE KING to writers - THEY ARE OUR #1 PRIORITY!

I'll read conlangs all day. They're fun. Tried to learn Vong once. I added it to the spellchecker as needed. Sure, conlangs can be over-used, but that's choice for the author. My Klingon is pitiful, but I'll read Hamlet in it as soon as I can find it.

Using KM, would you pass it through the clipboard?

Re: Is Scrivener Backup still restricted to DropBox?

I was under the impression Scrivener for iOS could use only Dropbox. Perhaps that's what OLONOFF heard?

Text overlap in Inspector

No matter how I resize, or there length of the file name, text in the bookmarks section of the Inspector overlaps. This is recent and did not happen as early as a day ago.

Did the image go through?

I do what you do. Scrivener accommodates that. That's my only point.

Re: Spell & Grammar checker

(Wonders why he's responding and…still he responds! :D ) A writing environment is not a word processor. A writing environment facilitates the generation and organization of those words. The great strength of Scrivener is how it can bend to the writing process of a great many users, where that proces...

Spacing

Hello, When I compile, I have text that comes after the title. I would like this text to to be flush with the title on compile. I do not type the title manually, Scrivener handles that. I also find that there is an unwanted blank line between the compiled documents on export. It looks like this: Fir...

I have a project of nearly the same size and have similar issues. I also found breaking it up, and using smaller project for future work, was the answer
