Re: Luther is Back ... but....?

Matt, are you in Aus or NZ?

I know it's on this year in NZ (although I'm not allowed to say when.) And I'm pretty sure it's this year in Australia, too although I'd have to double check. By which I mean, ask somebody.

Keith

I only killed him BECAUSE I KNEW YOU DIDN'T WANT ME TO. So actually, it's your fault.

I hope you can live with that. I'm not sure I could.

Re: Luther is Back ... but....?

Vic can sleep at ease in his bed.

But that's as much as I can say. The exact nature of Alice's movements must remain a mystery, until Alice says otherwise.... or I risk paying a most terrible price.

Sorry I missed this, Vic. But keep your eyes peeled.

This is honestly my favourite ever summation of Luther. We might have to get some T-shirts printed.

Re: Really hating this program right now

The trouble with the idea of a Pro/non-Pro version, and also with the idea of "Advanced" tabs and so on Well, I was just thinking: Version 1 - the Keith Version. You get to change font and zoom. That's yer lot. Version 2: All Prefs are unlocked for you to customize as you will. For most o...

Re: Really hating this program right now

You're missing the big Apple picture, Keith. What you need to do is reduce the complexity completely, as you suggested, and then sell a Pro license that allows users access to all the customization settings! Erm, my irony detector may be on the blink here -- and Keith, you may want to track me down...

I'm bound to silence tighter than a tight thing. But I think I'm allowed to say -- we think we've got something pretty special.

Man, now I've started I want to go on and on...

Re: Neil Cross's new site - diary of writing a novel

Yeah, I got that...sorry I was being a bit unclear when I went into my mini-rant, there. The cover copy is inded the block of text, usually written by your editor and/or the marketing dept...and which is always hard to get just right. Sometimes it tells you too much, sometimes not enough. (Review qu...
