Re: Scrivener 3 for Windows Release Date

I am a developer myself and I know how occupying the debugging can be, so I can understand. All you need to do is take a look at this forum - with the number of issues still newly reported all the time (even if many may be small, they add up), as well as those confirmed as persisting over the past ...

Re: [Feature suggestion] Automatic white-spaces while pasting

Yep; programming environments sometimes do that too, and it's really convenient.

Re: Download 32-bit or 64-bit Beta?

Your process may be slightly different

That's why I suggested the Explorer method; it works exactly the same on every computer from XP through Windows 10. ;-) (I didn't want to assume Win 10, as they said it's an older machine.)

[LH4569] Launching a second Scrivener instance results in confusing error message

With Scrivener already open and then attempting to launch another instance, either via start menu/shortcut, middle click on the Scrivener task bar button, or right click on the Scrivener task bar button and choosing "Scrivener" from the context menu, a message box with the following text a...

Bug: Left/right editor margins also applied to top and bottom

Under Options -> Appearance -> Main Editor, when deactivating "Use fixed width editor" and setting a margin for "Left/Right", margins of the same size are also added at the top and bottom of the document.

[LH4580] Project Targets dialog looks odd when resized

A minor UI bug with no real impact on the user: The "Project Targets" dialog is resizable (although there isn't really much sense to that), but its controls aren't fully prepared for that, which makes it look a little broken when resized. Nothing bad happens, though, and the dialog remains...

When using "Import and Split" to import a Markdown file, the formatting settings specified in the Options dialog are not correctly applied to the created documents. - Text alignment, line height, font color and highlighting are not applied at all. - Text decorations are applied visually, b...
