Compile stops at a certain page

I am trying to compile a document as a pdf and when I compile it, or when I include it in a larger compile of the whole project, compile always stops at the end of a particular page. Can't figure out why or what to do to fix it. Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

Re: [JH] Missing italic

I am working on chasing down the answers to your questions.

In the "Compile for PDF" area, the setting is "main text formatting will be based on how text appears in the editor."

Re: [JH] Missing italic

A further question: Where would I go to start finding out if somehow the compile format is changing things. Also, why would it suddenly start after over 100 pages? Where would I go to look for changes.

Thanks,

Dan

Re: [JH] Missing italic

Thanks for the reply. The font is "Garamond." I have used it with no problems for over 100 pages and it has compiled flawlessly. It shows up in the editor as it should. As a relative Scrivener newbie, I am struggling with where to go with your questions. I know you don't have the time to h...

Missing italic

Suddenly, when I compile a part of my project, it fails to pick up the italics. Any idea why?

Re: Old Writer, New Member

Welcome aboard! Scrivener (at least the beta 3 iteration) will bless you, will frustrate the hell out of you at times, and will help you become a better writer. I might also recommend ProWriting Aid for editing.

Footnote Bug

Scrivener has begun doing something very frustrating. When I "block" a piece of text and Control/Shift/F to designate it as an inline footnote, about half of the time it just grays the text and puts the gray box designating the inline footnote about 10 lines further down the page in a rand...

PDF Compile stops as pg.. 66

No matter what I try to do, I cannot get Scrivener to compile past pg. 66 in a PDF document. Is this a bug?

Why aren't my footnotes compiling? Or better, why is the content of my footnotes not compiling?

I have tried compiling in PDF, RTF, and ebook formats and the numbers are at the appropriate place at the bottom of the4 page, but there is no content. Scrivener doesn't pull my inline footnotes out of where they are in the body of the document and place them at the bottom of the page at the appropr...
