I have searched for the quote, smart quote, double quotes, smart left quote, smart right quote, and it doesn't matter, the search fails to find it/them.

Search and replace fails if there are apostrophes

When I to find or find and replace text with apostrophes, it fails to even find it. For example if I want to find The Lisa's Family and search for The Lisa's, it says not found. But if I search for The Lisa, it finds it.
