Re: When to quit...?!

After this long what you should do is . . . print it out.

All 500 pages? Yes, indeed. When you read through that monstrous stack on your desk picking up one piece of paper after another it wildly changes your view.

Dear Fluff, please ask the one of your alternative selves who's a welder what his mates got up to.

Re: The future

The next version of Scrivener is going to randomly throw up dialogue boxes saying, "Well, this is crap, isn't it?" and "Seriously, why bother?" Just in case users don't have that inner voice, Scrivener will provide it. I hesitate to tell this story but since it happened almost t...

Thank you. I've been using Macintosh since it came out in 1983. I still can't locate a 'home' key anywhere. Does it have a different name in the Mac world? You must never have had an extended keyboard . . . :D On laptops (or the short keyboards) the Home key equivalent is FN-Left Cursor and End is ...

We really don't want to know because, apparently, this issue caused a severe drop in your usual loquacious level indicating a possible trigger moment. So what is dis problem?

And finally, after nearly three weeks, 3.1.1 is available on the App Store! Ah ha! So that's what's going on! My app has sat "In Review" for 10 days. Today, I requested an expedite and received a note saying roughly, "Your app is in review . . . we'll get to it . . . " That's tw...

Re: I would like to use a Regex search to find the following: can anyone help me?

Sarah, You’re asking for a rather complicated pair of regex’s. :-) You may say a “sentence” and have in mind a bunch of words terminated with a period but then how does this fit in? “I saw Mr. Big the other day.” So, unless you want to some mildly demented person to *really* figure out how to do the...

Is there a problem if one leaves a scapple file open on a machine and then uses another machine to work on the same file?
