Generate the embed code.
Highlight the embed code, then copy it to your clipboard.
In your content management system, open up your HTML viewer.
Paste the HTML snippet you just copied into your HTML viewer window. Then click 'OK' or 'Save. '
You have now embedded content onto your website or blog.

To import OPML files, use the Active Web Reader Import / Export Wizard:
On the File menu, click Import/Export.
Click on Next on the Import/Export Wizard Welcome screen.
Select the option, 'Import Feeds'.
If the OPML file is present locally, then select 'Import from a local file'.

You set it up in Preferences under the Backups tab. If you use zip:ed backups you can save them in your iCloud Drive folder, which means that you can access them even if the hard drive on your Mac breaks down.

It could be one of the files has a problem in it. I would go into the scratchpad folder on the disk and drag all three files out somewhere else temporarily. Drag the one you need right now in, work with it, and if it is stable, move on to the next whenever you need it. Once instability returns, it's...

In the "All Options" area of Compile, check out the "Formatting" pane > Section Layout... It sounds as though you are using a compile format that is set to insert auto-numbering as a title prefix, and you can edit it or remove it there.

Try these things it might help you:
1. Make sure are in document view, rather than corkboard or outliner.
2. Try the Open in External Editor option.
