If you're really looking for help on this you should be contacting the Mellel developers.

Re: Will iOS Scriv Work in iPad OS?

Why will people keep comparing Lit&Lat, and in this case one person KB, with Microsoft and Apple, with their large teams, huge bank balances and who program not only their private code for a Word and Pages, but also the underlying operating systems. That's a good point, but there are much small...

Re: Formatting Tiltes in Scrivenings

Can I ask why you want the titles in Scrivenings to be right justified? Are you by any chance writing in a right-to-left language, but using Scrivener on an English language system?

Re: Will iOS Scriv Work in iPad OS?

Again, it doesn't have to do with the relative power of the iPads vs. Macs so much as it is what Apple has included in the relevant OS APIs. The most powerful iOS apps use custom code and frameworks rather than depending on Apple's code. I wish L&L would step up to that. Scrivener's shortcoming...

Re: Fullscreen Mode Makes Context Menus Bug Out?

Has there ever been any attention paid to this issue? It's 2 years later and I'm still having this problem...I've stopped using fullscreen but would really like to be able to use it.. thanks. Presumably, this will be solved with v. 3, currently at Beta 18, and hopefully to be launched commercially ...

Re: Version 2 User not wanting to upgrade to version 3

Thanks, that is hugely helpful. I know that at some point I am going to have to upgrade, the problem is, apparently I have missed the window for upgrading from Version 2 to Version 3 with a 50% discount, and will need to pay the full amount. Therefore, I am keen to get as much use out of Version 2 ...

Re: *Current* Compatibility between Mac and Windows

<snip> The only other option right now is the Windows 3.0 beta . Some are already using it for all of their work, but it is a beta. I've been collaborating with my Windows-v.3 beta-using colleague for about the last 9 months without problem. It has been very stable. But it is a beta and you should ...

Re: Old Linux version vs current Windows version under Wine

The Linux version is essentially Windows v.1.0 or thereabouts, so a lot has been improved since. Although I'm a Mac-user, until recently, I have also run the Windows version under Crossover, a GUI version of WINE, as I collaborate with a Windows-using colleague and needed to have the same version as...

Hold down 'Alt' and press Return or Tab to enter them into the Find dialog. I assume that is what is meant.

Thinkers Anonymous Which is why I am what I am today - a recovering thinker. I never miss a TA meeting. At each meeting we watch a non-educational video; last week it was a Vin Diesel film. Then we share experiences about how we avoided thinking since the last meeting. I still have my job. And thin...

Re: Will iOS Scriv Work in iPad OS?

Everyone seems to ignore, or have forgotten, that the developer (KB) has stated that he will develop his app to meet the needs he sees for himself and in the hope that others will enjoy using it; his aim never has been to dominate the world of writing in any form. To that end, the website has links ...

A big thank you to the development team for waiting to get it right (yes, it's still frustrating to us, but I know it is for you too.) Your update is clear and professional. I look forward to the release. To those using beta: While my husband loves beta testing (he's a Microsoft Certified Technicia...

Re: eSellerate fails to connect on first open, have to open twice

eSellerate has closed down. Scrivener licensing is now done through Paddle. Read the blog post or other threads on what to do.

I can’t give you URLs I’m afraid, but they should be easy to find.

Re: Portable Scrivener

Well, at the moment, if you have an iPad there is a portable version, and if you don’t but have an Android device or need to work on another computer that you don’t administer, you can try "Sync with external folder“. For the rest, you can only hope that when LAP and Tiho_D have got v. 3 out, t...
