I had a boss who had a classical education. Another guy and myself constantly threw questions in her direction and she never blinked with her replies. Good times.

Many thanks for your response.

Re: The Great Illusive v.3 for Windows

I've been using Scrivener and Scapple for six years now. Can't remember how much they cost me, but they were a one time hit - okay I will buy Windows V3 but still it is nowhere near the cost of six years subscribing to PapyrusAuthor. I agree completely. It is expensive, I have made that point to th...

Re: The Great Illusive v.3 for Windows

Looking at the PapyrusAuthor site it is a subscription model for the Pro version with all the bells and whistles. Some £14.99 per month, circa £180 per year. I'm downloading the freebie version and I'll give it a go. Subscription software is always a red line for me, but it will be interesting to se...

Re: Feature Request: Title for background shape

Firstly, if I move the background shape the notes that it surrounded stayed behind when as a user I expect them to be moved along the background shape by default. Apologises for being late to the party, but this at least might be useful to a casual viewer of this thread. If you right-click in the b...

Re: Grateful for the good news

Couldn't agree more. When I saw 'Beta' changed to 'Candidate' release I smiled. I note its now release candidate 2. Will you still be smiling at release candidate 35 ? Yes. If it takes that long, which I doubt, then so be it. They are close enough to move from Beta to RC, and yes, if a nasty bug or...

Re: How to improve writing skills?

Everyone has given great advice.

I would add, if you like a book/short story reread it again and again. Especially if the style is one you wish to emulate.

Re: Windows 10

I have Windows 10 and use Scapple every day. I also use (Google) Chrome (because of work) without a problem.

As to your licence, you should have an email containing your licence number.

Do people do that?

Re: Trouble with REGISTERING...HELP!!

Hello,
I just checked my registration email etc, and my 'Serial Number Name' is my name not my email address.

Other than rechecking your email the only other thing I could suggest is raising a ticket. Support from L&L in my experience is pretty good.
