The same problem here. I, too, had to reload and manually install after the update. Here is how I got it repaired: One thing I noticed, the option was still on the German language, but the pack seemed to be gone, and I had to reload the German language pack. That didn't help. But then I changed from...
RC 5 already!!!! Do not hold your breath just in case. This beta will be valid for more than a month.... But RC5 is running to the end of May. Not sure if that is a good or bad sign. But could be a way to keep the version numbers low. In any case I'm a mostly happy user of Scrivener 3 Beta f...
Just a minor bug: If I start Scrivener through opening a Scrivener file and open a second Scrivener file before the first one is completely loaded, Scrivener stops loading and opening both files.
I assume this is on the functionality list für the next update. But just to add: I can't create and delete notes. Not buttons for that. And the constantly changing size with any openining is maddening. Hope that get changed, too. And if you are really nice: How about the functionality to have other ...
The Scratchpad-window is constantly in the foreground. Be it Scrivener itself or a browser window or another program. I can't find an option to keep it in the background, when I don't use it for a minute. I don't want to have to constantly open and close it, Is there an option that I can't find? Or ...

I'm using smart quotation marks in Scrivener like this: »Hello Schnuckibär.« When I compile that into a docx or rtf-file this comes out: "Hello Schnuckibär." The worst of that is, that the quotation marks at the front and back are the exact same. Otherwise I would have replaced them as a f...
I use mostly the binder. I just tried it with the forward/back buttons and there it's the same behavior. The cursor is at the correct position like before. Just I am at the top of the document and have to scroll to where I was before and find the cursor. I just played around with it and came to the ...
When I look through different documents in the editor and come back to the first one- my position is at the start of the document. Not where my last cursor position was. I'm pretty sure this did work differently and better in Scrivener 1. Bringing me back to the old postion. I couldn't find an optio...
Just for something on topic. I started using the Beta 3-4 weeks ago. It's okay to use. It's not a game changer in comparison to the current Scrivener for Windows anyway. And it still has some bugs. Nothing big. I'm not afraid of loosing data. But there seem to be quite a few little things in the fun...
