Remove Auto-Save / or make it an option

Wish Auto-Save was an option, no matter where I look I can't find it. This forced down auto-save option is killing me.

It depends on what you mean. You can compile your project into a final format, like pdf, docx, epub, etc. but if you do that you can’t open the project in Scrivener again. Why do you ask? Save Project as File instead of a Compiled Folder

I come from typing on Microsoft Word, where I'm used to saving my work as a single file. Scrivener has its own way of compiling multiple files into a folder. My question is, is there a way to have scrivener save my project as a single file, like Word?
