Move scene from chapter to another

Hi guys,
In the Windows version, moving a single scene from one chapter to another is really simple, but on the iPad no.
I can move every scene before or after another scene but not between one chapter and another.
Do you have a suggestion to manage the shift between chapters?
Thanks 1000

Thanks, Silver, I have both versions but I normally wrote on iPad.

iOS metadata editing

Hi guys.
I'm using Scrivener for iOS, and I would like to understand if it is possible to edit metadata like <$ fullname> and others. On windows you can quickly go to the settings and modify them, but on the iPad I do not find the way ... any idea?
Thanks 1000
