The idea of a tortured artist might be glamorized in movies and stories, but it is really surprising to see so many famous writers had suicidal thoughts - Hemmingway, Virginia Wolf, Sylvia Plath and now Mark Twain.

I absolutely adore Shakespeare. Macbeth is my all time favorite book!

I totally agree with the fact that today's authors don't have to be as descriptive as the writers of the 20th century. Also, John Steinbeck is an amazing writer and I love Of Mice and Men.

Started reading Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde again...I have tried reading it couple of times before but had lost interest after initial few pages. But people keep raving about it so here I am trying to read this classic again.
