compatible with snow leopard?

hello keith - can't find a clear note anywhere yet, and just wondering if scrivener is working on snow leopard - if so, may be worth adding a note right to the home page!

...and putting out to desktop or elsewhere and simply dragging in isn't really that big a deal...actually looking at how to more closely integrate use of yojimbo with scrivener for this stuff (images, archives, links etc all managed and tagged in yojimbo and then filtered and refined for drag into s...

yojimbo-esque bookmarklets and print options?

so i'm doing tons of research for my writing project - and i already use yojimbo (amazing app, actually won a copy recently in a contest) at any rate, yojimbo has these two great bookmarklets: bookmark in yojimbo and archive in yojimbo - any way these could leap to scrivener and in turn default into...

print complete outline (draft) with all indents etc?

..so i'm working on an enormous training manual, scrivener is the ultimate organization tool...there are several modules, tons of components within each (chapters) and associated subtopics/subchapters they all display beautifully in the top level draft outline view and it's quite simple to drop the ...

Re: Thoughts on the Lit & Lat website - perhaps ELGG?

Hi again KB! As always, love Scrivener ;) However, I am something of a web-designer/information architecture freak, and thought you might like some of my thoughts on the overall literatureandlatte.com experience. Feel free to ignore, of course – the book and everyday stuff always comes first. ..i...

hah! i hear you...

...i'm not talking about turning kerouac's writing into business week format! i just mean tightening tools for business related material...no, i'd never dream of using it for anything creative, but for standard business text and training material that may eventually require translation, it's quite u...

alternatives on MAC to stylewriter/clearedits etc..?

not sure which forum to drop this question into, so plopping here (sorry if this is the wrong place) at any rate, i've used apps like stylewriter in my windows past to tighten up writing (business writing) and was wondering if there is anything like this for the mac... i'm familiar with tools like g...

one idea..

i used to run a phpbb forum and one thing that i used to do to improve performance was manually dump the cache table via phpmyadmin or the host interface...might remedy a few issues, not sure...

there's some amazing support on the phpbb forums as well, certainly worth a look.

easy and free way to change the ICON for those interested..

i kinda like the yinyang, but for those looking for a VERY easy way to change icons, simply download micon: http://www.filewell.com/micon/ on the left box, you drop in scrivener from apps (it just pulls the icon/label when you drag) and then you pick your new icon and drop it on the box, you then ha...

deepnote (free) updated this week, very useful..

i know that a lot of folks have been talking about note/jot type utility within scrivener and i also understand that keith is updating the jotpad utility... in the interim, i had been using smultron to capture reasonably large notes and have wound up with the update version of deep note, it's free a...

shortcut to scrivener inside finder bar...

okay, this a tip from somebody else, and perhaps it's old news to long time mac users... if you open finder, click applications and then just drag scrivener (or any other app) into that top nav bar of finder, somewhere to the left of the getinfo button, it will drop in a shortcut... useful if you do...
