Re: CorkBoard Mode AutoChange [Win3 Beta Candidate 6]

It only took 30 seconds to find the first bug, unless this is a dumb feature? Click on a folder and view in CorkBoard mode. Now click on a new folder and your in NO MODE as in blank. :x :x :x    This beta process has been very frustrating. You really need paid testers for beta tes...

Ah, thank you. I didn't know I can do that. :)

Cool. Learn something new every day.

Re: Is there a plan to include "Separate Scrivenings with single line breaks" to the Windows version too?

Hi, I was wondering if there is a plan of including the "Separate Scrivenings with single line breaks" in the Windows Version. I am testing RC6 now, but I cannot find this option (or a similar one). Please let me know if there is a way to achieve this in the Windows version as well, as th...

Re: [#4567] RC6 high DPI version not working?

Thanks, the issue with the vertical spacing around the format bar has been filed. This is related to the height of the window, so is more pronounced the taller it can get on your screen. Opening the inspector will fix it for the time being (or of course you can switch to the other build). I will tr...

Re: Problem opening multiple files in RC6

So I often have multiple scrivener projects open at the same time in two different instances of Scrivener. I do this one of two ways. If both have been open, a right click brings up the context menu. I can make the selection from the context menu for the first project. After the project opens, I ca...

Re: [RC6] Still getting incorrect "Scrivener needs to restart" message when changing options

This was reported as fixed in an earlier beta, but if you go into Options (Appearance | Main Editor) and untick "Use fixed width editor" (and don't make any other changes), Scrivener will insist it needs to restart before your changes can be applied, but in fact the change is applied imme...

Re: [RC6} high DPI version not working?

Using the High DPI 64-bit version on my Surface Pro. Resolution set at 2736 x 1824 with 200% scaling - everything looks normal. Using Scaling factors of 100, 125, and 150 and I get the same extra spacing noted above. At 175% things seem more towards normal. Anything over 200% makes a mess of things ...

Cool! That would be very helpful.

Re: Adding a folder as bookmark does not list its contained documents

Yeah, this is a feature we have on the list that just hasn't been implemented yet. Unfortunately there's not really a workaround for it now; adding the folder to bookmarks more or less treats it as a single document, so to see its contents you'd need to open it in one of the main editors and go fro...

Re: How to consolidate all open Scrivener projects?

The tabbed window is a macOS system feature, not something built into Scrivener. It's possible this could be developed and implemented for the Windows version down the road, if it's technically feasible in the framework Scrivener uses, but it's not in the immediate plans. Thanks. That is what I tho...

Re: Adding a folder as bookmark does not list its contained documents

Thanks. But, to clarify, on the Mac, Scrivener shows a chevron next to a folder bookmark in the inspector. I mean a whole folder is added as a bookmark for a document. Right clicking the folder bookmark and choosing Open is current Editor does indeed open the folder's corkboard view. But, it would ...

Re: How to consolidate all open Scrivener projects?

How do I merge all open projects in to one Scrivener instance with running tabs at the top for each project? Re: Adding a folder as bookmark does not list its contained documents

Adding a folder to the document or project bookmarks does not show the chevron to its right in order to list the contained documents as a drop down menu. How can I enable that? BTW, in the Mac version, it does add the chevron. Question, are you using a theme other than the default? If so, then that...
