Re: Contraction problems on iPadOS 13 beta

I'm also experiencing this problem on the iPadOS beta. I'm actually going to revert until it's officially released, because this is driving me crazy.

File Menu Bar always appears active in dark theme

For all themes, except the light theme, the file menu bar always appears to have focus (even if it doesn't). It looks as if the Alt key was pressed to get those underscores below certain letters in the file menu bar.

Here's a screenshot for clarity.

Re: Window title bar colours

I was just going to start a post about this, so I'm glad to see other people have noticed as well. I too am only seeing a white title bar in every theme. It'd be nice if the theme color was applied to the title bar as well. It's a little distracting being on the dark theme and seeing a super bright ...

UI layout different between themes

When switching between light and dark themes I noticed that there were inconsistencies in the layout/placement of UI elements. Actually, the light theme seems to be good, but all the other themes don't line up. Hopefully these screenshots help out. I didn't changed the size or placement of windows w...

Re: Missing Custom Metadata on iPhone

If you're into timelining software at all, Aeon Timeline manages a lot of this sort of stuff, and connects to Scriv via metadata and custom metadata. Now that it has an iOS version, you can have everything that Timeline tracks up in an iOS split screen--and even modify it for later sync on the Mac/...

Missing Custom Metadata on iPhone

I can't seem to access my custom metadata in the inspector on my iPhone. I just don't see the option for it. Hopefully I'm just missing a checkbox somewhere in the settings. iOS-Inspector-No-Metadata.png I've learned to use and love custom metadata on macOS. I use it for my scenes. having fields for...

Re: Multiple Outliner layouts and assignable custom meta-data

@JimRac - Thank you!! I wasn't aware saved layouts also saved outliner's column layouts. I just tested it out and it works!! YES! I'd still love to assign outliner layouts based on the folder, but this totally helps in the mean time :)

Re: Multiple Outliner layouts and assignable custom meta-data

For those interested in this functionality, Keith just commented on it in his latest blog post: no, that’s not in 3.0, but saving different outliner column configurations is on the list as a possibility for a future 3.x update. Though I'm sad it's not in the initial release, I'm ecstatic that it's b...

Multiple Outliner layouts and assignable custom meta-data

I've finally dived into the outliner and I love it. I use custom meta-data, so my manuscript folder's outliner shows all the things needed for each scene -- columns for goal, conflict, disaster, setting, time period, etc. It's awesome. But when I go to my character folder, I don't want that outliner...
