It's not a specific option, per se. Open your PDF in Word, Save As as RTF.

I use an old iPad2 with a Logitech keyboard. Scrivener is fast and perfect

I often use custom meta-data. I created a metadata called "time" where, for every document in the Manuscript, I write the time with the format "aaaa-mm-gg hh:mm". Then, when I can order scenes in outline.
But for more complicated timelines, I prefer to use Aeon Timeline.

I have a lot of documents with subdocuments. I have to see in editor only the text of 1st level documents and not that of 2nd level. But if I select only the 1st level documents in the editor appears also the text of all 2nd level documents.

Richtext syncs only with Dropbox folder Apps/Richtextfiles. Hardly an ideal solution for Scrivener I agree. It works well, maintaining formatting and alignment.
