Hi, thank you for the new update on Scapple. I use Scapple 1.4 (1122). The new futures are improving my work, but I noticed that when I open different scapple documents they do not open in tabs, but in new windows. I tried to see is there an option for this in Scapple preferences, thus it might be a...
For me Scrivener is very important tool in my writing workflow. Thus, I wanted to see do I make something wrong and to improve it. There is a suggestion that Scrivener syncs big projects (too many files or too many GB) more slowly and it was implicitly suggested that we need to reorganise our projec...
I am facing the same problem. I do agree that it is not the same to sync 5000 with 50 files, however I had the same number of files with Scrivener 2. Then there were no delays in sync with iOS or 3 minutes Downloading file list on iOS. Thus, I deduce that there is some change in Scrivener 3 that tri...
I would like to inform that RTF/ODF Scan for Zotero is actually doing what was identified by the others as an integration with other reference managers. My idea for integration is probably biased because I write in Markdown and I want when I compile in Scrivener to get .docx with the expanded biblio...
Hello Keith, Thank you for your interest in enabling better integration between Zotero and Scrivener. I think this will be an excellent feature for academic writers. I will try to make my contribution on how this can be made. Since two years ago, through BetterBibTex feature Cite As You Write (CAYW)...
Hello Keith, is it possible to know Scrivener for iOS Custom URL Scheme? I want to use it to make workflows through which the Scrivener for iOS will be opened/added text etc. For example, from Drafts. Thank you and All the best, Mijalche
Thanks for the reply. I understand the challenges. Regarding the first challenge: placing a Draft navigator icon next to the folder title in the Binder might be a good place. If you press it in Draft as top folder it present all the content in the Draft. If pressed the icon in some subfolder in the ...
First, thank you for the excellent app, Keith. I have one question for the Draft navigator. I like it very much, however I can not use it on the iPhone. I think that somewhere you mentioned that because of the small screen is not provided for iPhone. In my opinion it will be excellent if you provide...
in my case. I use MacDropAny and this is the situation: - my files are on my hard disk - in Finder ~/Dropbox the files are seen but are not stored - on Dropbox web the files that are in Finder ~/Dropbox are physically uploaded and present on Dropbox servers. When I edit/add/delete a file (folder) th...
I am using MacDropAny ( http://www.zibity.com/macdropany.html ) to have the (original/real) files on my hard disk and put them on Dropbox. As such is fully synced on Dropbox. I have not tested this with Scrivener for iOS, because I am not a beta tester, but it should function. All the best, Mijalche
it will be very good if the same can be done for MMD->DOCX
Idea for workflow Write in rich text, internally convert it to MMD, filter it with pandoc-citeproc (custom processor), piping it through MMD-DOCX and you solved the citation hurdles.
there is also a new integration between Scrivener and Zotero that makes the workflow more streamlined and includes the citations and bibliography in the Scrivener document. You can find more information at https://zotplus.github.io/better-bibtex/cayw.html and at viewtopic.php?f=5&t=32047&p=2...
