I understand how to create Keyboard Shortcuts for actions that are already wired into Scrivener like Paste and Match Style for example.

However, I'd like to create a Keyboard Shortcut to insert a Horizontal Line/Page-Spanning Line.

I've gone through nearly all of the tutorial videos for 3.0 now. They really are great and I do wish they had one that ran us through all of the preference settings. They are a nest of treasures.
