How odd, the files are identical (have the same contents) but occupy different amounts of disc space.

As a sanity check I tried to package up the file with tar, on unpacking the directory sizes were indeed identical.

Still worth an announcement when you you have to do this. It is infuriating to struggle with a bug, spend time gathering evidence and report it, only to discover a fix was available a couple of days previously. (Not that I have even noticed there were bugs to fix!)

We used ScreenFlow for all the video tutorials. David does most of them, though - I only did the introductory one. My microphone is just a cheap Logitech one, but David recently invested in a much better one, not sure which one though. Ta, was background noise a problem? David, what mic did you use?
