OK. Hear me out. I know I've totally missed it this time. I've had a lot going on. However, if you have any last minute openings, at all, I'm in.
Just in case I get lucky, I'm going to keep checking my email every five minutes the rest of the day.

I had to work an 8 hour shift during this. I tried not to sleep, but drooling on my keyboard in a half conscious state was really unproductive. But then I was working out chapter details in my sleep.

I'm not sure why why only 1,720 words took me that long.
I think next year I'm using my vacation days for this event. That way I can give it the attention it deserves.
