Re: How do I change the font & font-size for all drafts?

Hi Omar, As lunk says, there is only one drafts folder in a Scrivener project, so by 'draft items' I assume you mean documents located within/under the Drafts folder. After you've set Scrivener's default font and sizing as you like, all *new* docs will be created with that font and sizing. To change...

To be clear, the happy hopping cursor only happens to me in Scrivening mode.

During single doc editing, everything is beautiful.

Re: [Beta 23] Scrivener On-Screen Type can Look Great

Just wanted to thank the contributors to this thread, as I'm in the market for new laptop + external monitor(s), and the info here has really increased my understanding.

Particularly, thank you narrsd, for persevering in your font research! :D

Re: Compiler doesn't work, list is empty

Hi Arnel,

It is possible in the Compile screen to change the folder the Compiler is pointing to. See highlighted bit below.

Check that you haven't inadvertently pointed it to an empty folder.

Re: Everything is Underlined When Copy Pasting to New Doc

Hi dovenart, It's been my experience that these kind of formatting challenges are not uncommon when copying from one app to another. I have found ONE workaround, by creating a new document, writing random text to "prime" the formatting, then pasting via "paste and match styles". ...

Re: It's official - Constructive Criticism as a form of improvement is DEAD!

I have also been a user with Todoist for many years, and back in the day, they used to have a user forum, but the clammer and vitriol coming in their direction, specifically because there were so many suggestions for improvement, many of which would have required the whole software to be re-enginee...

Re: Switch chapters in Composition Mode

If one doc is selected in the Binder, it works as you describe. If you have a series of contiguous docs selected, it will not traverse beyond them. Also, the hierarchial folder structure will not be displayed along the bottom border. You may already realize this, but when you select multiple docume...

Re: Lost writing due to faulty syncing

Hi kadavy, Sorry to hear you lost writing. :( For future reference, you can backup a project from the iPad by tapping Edit above the project list, selecting the project, then tapping the Export icon along the bottom row. That will create a ZIP archive of the project, which you can email to yourself....

Tiho, Thanks for the reply. Were you able to reproduce the issue I saw? When I select Tex...lic in the selector, the style jumps back to Medium in the selector, etc. The Style selector was not respecting my choice the first time, I had to make the selection twice before it 'took'. Re: 1.9 vs Beta 2.22 - Which is correct?

Thanks for the feedback, Wordjoy. It makes sense, except now that I'm trying it out, beta 22 doesn't seem to be handling this new method consistently. I'm using the IBM Plex Mono font throughout a document, with Regular style. I select a paragraph, and use the style selector to walk through the vari...

Re: Infinite TRIAL mode

Does anyone know if Scrivener will ever have a huge watermark on saved files while writing on trial mode? Or maybe a reduced time? Trial and licensed versions are the same software. There is no functional difference between them. You will have access to the trial for 30 days of usage, after which i...
