ubuntu 13.10, 64 bits

scrivener is OK, but spellcheck is broken

I had to install an Ubuntu Quantal 32 bits schroot to get all the spellcheck utils. It works fine with it. the 32 bits filesystem can be useful for other programs too.

Thanks for all the hacking tips. I succeeded to install kindle reader after that. I used the linking method to rebuild the 32bits aspell dictionaries, and now they show up in language selection. but the spellcheck itself seems unable to work.... no clue running from a terminal... I may have not gott...

Same here with Ubuntu 13.11, always updated. When I request a dictionary, A small window opens with something like "Restart..." (window is too small to read the full text so I assume it is "Program restart required"). I click OK, select French dictionary, I have it downloading, w...
