Re: unable to verify your activation for more then three months

My message says they've been unable to verify my activation for more than three months. Dear friends at literature and latte, when will this be fixed, or the 3 version come out?
Thanks so much!

Re: Scrivener has not been able to "re-activate with the licence provider" for 2 months

It's still going on. I'm worried I won't be able to access my novel one of these days.

Scrivener has not been able to "re-activate with the licence provider" for 2 months

Some other people have mentioned this, and now it's happening to me, too.
Will the new version be out before the two months is up? I HAVE to be able to use Scrivener!
Thanks,
Skye

Re: My Windows latest version has started opening very slowly

"Latest version" meaning the release version, or the latest beta? Katherine the latest release version 1.9.13.0, not the beta. And apparently others are having the same thing happen. I keep being terrified it might crash and not open, so I've taken to compiling my novel every night when I...

any news on Windows 3 version?

Hi,
I'm anxiously awaiting the new version 3 for Windows. The last I heard, it was promised by the end of this month, August, 2019. Is this still true?

Scrivener 3 for Windows launch date?

Hi,
I see on a page on the website written in Dec 2018 saying 3 would be out "by the end of 2nd quarter 2019."
Any word on the new version?
Thanks,
Skye

Re: lost chapter--question about backup

I found my chapter in an older backup, thank heavens! I do wonder why this happened. It makes me think I’d better, each night at the end of writing, compile my novel for Word as an additional backup.

Re: lost chapter--question about backup

Hi Lunk,
No, I opened the same project. What I’m hoping for is a backup from the day before. Do you know how many scrivener keeps?

lost chapter--question about backup

Hi, I've lost the final chapter of my novel. (This happened today, and I'm on fine, strong, wired internet) The chapter is empty, and in the backup, it's empty too. Does Scrivener keep more than one backup? If so, how do I find it? I wasn't at my computer, that's what's weird. The chapter was there ...

Thank you, Jim, it worked! And I've copied the instructions into Evernote for future use.

change already-written-chapters text size globally?

Hi,
I have 100,000 words written in 47 chapters, which are documents. I would like to change the text size globally rather than in each chapter. Is there a way to do that?
Thanks for your responses,
Skye
