Will iOS Scriv Work in iPad OS?

I apologize if this has been asked before, though I did look and could not find it. Basically, exactly what the topic says. Is iPadOS a truly new OS that will need its own version of apps to run them (and therefore I will avoid upgrading) or is iPadOS really just a new UI for iOS on iPad and all app...

Nothing useful to contribute here, just wanted to say you made me look up what EB was... And I found ZB... and then YB.   My brain now hurts. Seriously, what single zip file could possibly be 16EB??? What kind of computer can even process that much data?? After all that...

Re: Scriv3 for Win - Yes another inquiry regarding release date.

But Windows and Mac files are no longer compatible. As far as that problem goes, you could use the Scriv 3 beta - I have been for months and there is loss of data between the two versions or iOS even, as I own all 3 versions of Scrivener. If you need to dump Scrivener because it is holding y ou bac...

June 20th Seems... Oddly Specific to End Beta 17

Noticed that this beta ends on June 20th, which seems rather specific and has gotten my hopes up. I don't expect a confirmation, but since the blog a while back said they hoped for a Q2 release, and the 20th is neither the start, end, or middle of a month, and falls neither at the start, end, or mid...

Finally! Truth Unearthed is available. It is in the middle of its early release on eBook, with hardback and paperback versions coming out in February. It's a High Fantasy set in my own world of Lugon. Biggest influences were Tolkien (of course), Robert Jordan, and RA Salvatore. Here is a picture of ...

Re: Book Released!

Wow! Great cover. Looks really appealing to me. Never should though criticize book on its cover but it has to be compelling to stand out and this is just that. Congratulations. Thank you! Though the design is based off the Gate of Menigar in my novel, I can't take credit for the artwork. That would...

Re: Book Released!

Congratulations, Eric, on the book and the website design. Best of luck to you. [Is your forum name––Sparrowhawk––an ornithological choice or a nod to the series, by Edward Cline?] Neither, though it does have an ornithological backstory. My last name, "Sparks" is a truncated version of t...

[LH3292:FIXED] Dictionary Bug Learned Word Possessives Beta 11

I've come across an interesting bug. If I add a name to my Scrivener dictionary (something I do a lot as a Fantasy writer), the plain name gets added no problem. But I can't add the possessives to the dictionary because instead of adding "Name's" it adds "Name?s". See screenshot....

Find/Replace MS Crash (Beta 11)

When I did a find/replace all for my entire manuscript of a misspelled name, I crashed the current Scrivener 3 Windows Beta. It should be noted that it actually DID succeed in making the changes, notified me two changes had been made, and then crashed when I tried to reopen the menus. However, even ...

Re: Apple not wanting to accept my epub

... or an illustration within your compiled ePub is too large That was it! It was the map for the story, not the cover. Because the error says "cover", I kept looking at the cover and was like, "No, this is not too big (and actually at first my cover resolution was too LOW for Apple'...

Ah, thanks. Just thought maybe there was a setting in Scrivener I was missing.
