Re: Scaling Issues

Not a problem at all. All the better to make sense of it all (and keep me out of trouble). :)

Re: Scaling Issues

Thank you. I guess I'll just make do for now. The instructions provided above do indeed talk about saving and editing. ("This workaround isn't difficult but requires editing the Windows registry, as outlined toward the end of this Microsoft article. The changes made to the registry will affect ...

Re: Scaling Issues

I do look forward to a real fix. I adore my Surface Pro 4 and want it to be the perfect writing machine for me. I'm anxious about doing this work-around. I searched for regedit and found multiple copies as well as regedit.exe.mui. I get the impression this is just the latest version of regedit from ...

Re: Header error on .docx compile (box around header)

Just now coming back to this after noticing the latest update to the s/w. I'm not sure how I would determine that. The box is there on the screen when I open the .docx file immediately after compiling. I don't need to look at print preview to see it. It isn't there in an .rtf file after compiling so...

Header error on .docx compile (box around header)

This is relatively low importance since it's easy enough to compile into .rtf and change the format in Word. Perhaps even preferable, I don't know. Just reporting that when I compile a document to .docx, I get a box around the header info. Unless this is intentional, although I've never seen this as...

Thanks much, Amber. "Cool" idea. Probably not. Nice to have, maybe. We'll see. I'll post soon. Thanks again and hope the rest of your weekend is enjoyable.

Re: BEFORE POSTING...

(raises hand) Dumb question. Having never used the Mac version, how do I know what features are available in the Mac version so as to know what will show up in Windows? Or is this all OBE now, and it's just little gotchas being fixed and new features being added to both? I truly don't want to say, &...

Outliner Export - Selections not matching output

Interesting buglet Exporting only data shown in Outliner (in Theory). To get Outliner to export the word count, rather than select "word count" or "total word count" from the drop down (which results instead in exporting the modified date), I have to select "Page Break Befor...

Re: Bug + script settings + dialogue "center"

Hello, I saw this in the latest release notes: "Fixed a script settings bug preventing elements from saving with centred alignment" I appear to be having a similar problem in Novel compile (with minor alterations). I have titles at the top of my text files (chapters) and they are centered ...
