Great!! Thx a lot!!! It works, although there is no configured package for the version of ubuntu I use it works. I think it's not dependent from my system Qt version because Scrivener use a whole Qt environment of it's own (what causes the conflict) Any it's owrking and I am deeply greatful. Beside ...
I can't find the file in Launchpad, maybe you have a Link? Although what I found on packages.ubuntu.com libQtDBus.so.4 only was a symbolic linking to libQtDBus.so.4.7.4, libQtDBus.so.4.8.1 or libQtDBus.so.4.8.3 depending on the package but still the same inconsistency with libQtDBus.so.4.8.0
sorry, forgot to tell, but I already started from the command line of cause. But there is no message while reproducing the crash. Regarding your guess I must disappoint us, I am not using 65bit but 32bit. So must be another reason.
With the valid beta version I tried to import a rtf document. It always result in a total crash of Scrivener. Does anyone have the same experience or found a way to import? By the way is there any LogFile for the Scrivener Installation where one could find some hints for the reason it is crashed. thx
A big thak you for this new release and that you are still developing Scriviner for Linux. If there would be a pay license in the future I would definetely buy it.
