In the Window "Meta-Data setting", tab "Custom Meta-Data" :
when I try to move a custom meta-data (up or down) a blank line is created, instead of moving it.

Same crash when I select Manage project notes from the Inspector panel.
But no crash when I select Project notes (General) from the Inspector panel.
