Latest beta expiring in middle of Nanowirmo month? That would be very cruel.

The latest beta for Scrivener Windows says it expires November 15. The month of November is of course, the famed NaNoWriMo month where writers all around the globe unite to write 50K in one months time. I sincerely hope that there will be another beta extending the time THROUGH the month of November...

Re: <b25> Folders set to section type Chapter no longer show up correctly in compiled DOCX

Yes, the latest bea Scrivener is completely failing for me on this issue as well. All the TOC chapter One, chapter Two, etc links from the auto-generated table of contents used to work, but now with this version I have a blank Table of Contents instead. Total failure of the Scrivener program. It's n...

Re: Windows Beta 19-21 Crashing

Beta 21 - the latest release CRASHES HORRIBLE EVERY TIME for me as well. The instant I pr.ess compile. BOOM, the entire scrivener software just flat out craps out and I have to reload ALL my work. It's the most horrendous, unstable piece of software I have ver seen. Totally unusable. I hope you get ...

Latest BETAs = PURE GARBAGE

I can count about 30 posts to this forum in the last few days, all listing serious flaws in the 19 and 20 version releases of Scrivener. I've never seen so many bugs, so many post of complaints and issues with this software. Scrivener used to be one solid, stable piece of code. But what is up lately...

beta 20 - compiling to pub or mobil crashes program

Just downloaded beta 20 version today where I was hoping the compile to the .epub and .mobi formats would be fixed. On the contrary - rather than just give the message (beta 19) which said "failed to convert". Beta 20 just crashes the program and ends with nothing at all being generated. R...

Re: [Bug] Beta 19. Error generating the epub book

To be clear - both the .mobi and the .epub formats both fail to be compiled.

I use the mobi format for reading my work in progress on my Kindle, where it makes identifying errors and weaknesses much easier. So this is a critical feature. for me. Please update as soon as possible. Thanks.

Re: Dual Display Layout problems

I have this same issue and it's rather annoying for such a fine product to completely fail to work with dual monitors, which is quite common place nowadays. Also troubling is the fact that the original post is one year old, without any reply or acknowledgement that is an issue and deserving of atten...

Re: In-browser Scrivener?

I don't think the owners of Scriverner are interested., but somebody should be. I agree with you - there is a HUGE market in putting the functionality of Scrivener online. Eventually it will happen and it will become the new standard way of working. Client based applications are dying - everything i...
