Re: Lower case after .?

On the iPad Pro 9.7 this problem is present when using the Apple attachable keyboard. Toggling the shift key does not work. I don't know when it happened, but tapping the shift key on my iPad Pro with attachable keyboard now un-capitalizes the word after a non-sentence-ending period, i.e. like this...

Re: Scrivener for ZX Spectrum

I don't think hoping for VHS support is a lost cause:

Re: Scrivener for iOS - When?

Thanks for the updates, Keith. Due to life and work I haven't been able to write for a couple of years now, but I still plan on purchasing the iOS version as soon as it's available, as I want to support the immensely hard work you've all done. And maybe -- maybe! -- it will be the kick that I need t...

Re: Scrivener for iOS - When?

As a professional developer, all I can say is: I know your pain.

As a Scrivener user and iOS user, all I can say is: thank you for taking the time to get it right -- I'd rather have it years late and done well than to live through pain and data loss.

THANK YOU!

+1 for Pigfender's feature requests. I had them in a different order, but they are very nearly identical to my own. Crazy, yeah?

Re: Scrivener for iOS - When?

It's funny when I go in for a Genius Bar appointment for my Mac. I'll explain the problem, including under what conditions it was reproduced and not reproduced, providing log files, outlining research done on the InterWebs & the Google, basically anticipating 75-80% of their questions. Then I ex...

Thanks, those were pretty much the ones I found. Oh well, maybe he can get by with just the tutorial.

Any good books for the Window's version?

I'm thinking of giving Scrivener (Windows) to my father for Christmas, but he'd need a very good book to go with it, hopefully one specifically for Windows. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Re: Where has the iOS Wish List Gone?

Thanks for the blog post and the diary. I'm a commercial developer, I know how long things go and how hard even the "simplest" feature can be sometimes. Independent, automated testing of the sync code could be a big help in not only finding bugs pre-release but in preventing new bugs post-...

Re: Compile Replacement Issue - non-regex

Since regex seems to be plain-text-only, that makes this option more important to me, since it does retain formatting correctly. Any chance that it can be made to work?

That's a shame, and pretty much makes this a useless feature.

Compile Replacement Issue - regex

The source text is (note the italics): Now is the time for all <{<good men to come>}> to the aid of their country. I have the following replacement defined: Replace: <\{<(.*?)>\}> With: $1 Regex: yes My exp...
