...and lets not forget: pulled together in just 2 weeks! I have never read any apocalyptic fiction, nor watched any apocalyptic films Sounds like you'll have a fresh take on the challenge, then! It's not hard... just imagine what would happen to the world if there was more than one of Jaysen or Vic...

Mmmh yes I get it. Less smoke and very few mirrors. More planning,...Planning and support Lots of smoke... Piggy's brain is very dusty which results in multiple fires on his scalp. Then his hair burns and leaves a terrible smoke in the room. Mrs Fender says this is the worst part of NiaD as it take...

Re: So... how does Novel-in-a-Day work?

I quite like the fact that I don’t have to worry about how it all works after that point. I think someone said ‘smoke and mirrors’ That’s good enough for me. Smoke, mirrors and a very, very frazzled Pigfender. :P Day after NiaD we call him "Mr Bacon" because he's fried. Ha! I make me laug...

Um, no. Because we want him to do that? All things considered, it is the safest containment strategy. Also the funniest.

Not an L&L employee, but given that L&L is a small, international group of devs and support staff, I expect it is business as usual unless one of them is ill. I would be very surprised if a new, updated expiry version is not available shortly.

It is also "regular flu season" here ... that means every sniffle, cough, fever is fostering panicked screams of "I HAVE MEXICAN BEER VIRUS!!!!" It's even more amusing when you're afflicted with seasonal allergies, as I am. You get the hairy eyeball every time you sneeze. :shock...

Re: Lions, and tigers, and...viruses?

Yesterday I was watching the sobering news become ever more sobering and saying to my wife that Wow, This Changes Everything, and she said How, for you, exactly? You've been sitting in the same chair pecking at a keyboard since the Disco Crisis. And you primarily socialize with trees. I would have ...
