In the most up to date version of Scrivener for IOS it's right here on the keyboard (I highlighted it for you.)

Re: Syncing between Mac & iOS

I have a Macbook Pro, and there's an ingenious app you can get through the App Store (I believe) called "Clean My Mac 3". It will definitely free up room on your hard drive, but also clear out your RAM in case you need a little more zippier opening and closing of files. I highly recommend ...

The VERY far off future of Scrivener?

I'm going to say, first off, that what I envision may never ever happen. Because you might already guess what I'm about to say. Then again, you may have already scanned ahead. Fine either way. Scrivener moves itself into the "cloud". It would obviously require a near-infinite number of det...

Quotation Formatting

If this topic has been raised anywhere else on the forum I've been unable to find it. So here's the deal. When I'm doing conversations in Full Screen mode, my quotations are rich-formatted. They look really good. When I'm not in full-screen mode and I write a scene with dialogue the quotatio...

Re: Font Question! Please help!

Yeah, I validated it. Unfortunately, it didn't help. I can't figure out what the problem really is. :(

Font Question! Please help!

Hello there. I can write in Scrivener in one particular font (Goudy Old Style) but when I go to compile settings, Format, that particular font is nowhere to be found. When I open the fonts panel and I click that little Cog-Wheel and click "Manage Fonts" I have dragged and dropped my desire...

Re: Ready to publish

Smashwords is good for getting yourself out there on all e-book formats in in the different e-stores. You can check them out (http://www.smashwords.com) and if you click around enough you'll see it's fairly self-explanatory. I would personally create your ebook using Scrivener. By the way, congratul...

Re: How many fiction writers do we have here?

I will share the opening sentence of my novel here. However, for contextual purposes, I must say what you are reading is a sign held by a homeless person. DON’T BE CURIOUS INSTEAD BE ALARMED FOR ALL IS NOT AS IT SEEMS THE WORLD IS IN TROUBLE BUT ALMOST NO ONE WILL KNOW HOW IT STARTS OR HOW IT ENDS U...

Re: How do you add REAL page numbers to ebook compilations?

All right, so one argument is that it lets you interface with paper book readers. But which ones? The ones who are using the hardback, paperback, edition 23 or edition 5? There is a reason why page numbers have never been a reliable referencing system, and that's why we mark down the publisher and ...

asotir wrote: I don't see it being easy for the Scrivener programmers to manage it, though. After all it goes against the very spirit of Scrivener.

Asotir, why do you say it goes against the very spirit of Scrivener? It's already made numerous things much easier for me as an indie author. I'm curious.

Re: How do you add REAL page numbers to ebook compilations?

Wow, thanks Robert. Yeah, it makes my head spin, and I would have no idea how to access that level of code for implementaiton without one of those "Ebooks for Dummies" or some such. I wanted to share yet another image, which isn't just from the iphone, and is a different book (Kindle) as w...

Re: How do you add REAL page numbers to ebook compilations?

Thanks, Jaysen. I'll keep my fingers crossed. I have no idea why I think this is such an important issue, but I can't ignore it has a greater meaning and value than the alternatives.

Re: How do you add REAL page numbers to ebook compilations?

But... how? Huh? I did some googling to satisfy (or stymie) my own curiosity. I found this, which might be useful: http://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/Adobe_Digital_Editions#Page-map Since Scrivener itself doesn't really understand page numbers (except at compile time), I don't know if you can ...

Re: How do you add REAL page numbers to ebook compilations?

If you rotate the device to landscape mode do the page numbers change (they do on mine)? Jaysen, no it doesn't change when I rotate it to landscape. So...what I understand you to say is that it's not reliable if you can, and not possible with Scrivener? I'm not in need to make links to pages as Scr...
