Re: Best E reader?

Thank you for your considered reply AmberV. One question - how easy is it to get content onto your Kobo? When I had a kindle I did like being able to email documents and books directly to the device to read. Is there a comparable service or mechanism?

Best E reader?

Thinking of getting a new E reader - used to have a Paperwhite which I loved, but am considering jump to kobo for waterproof reading in the bath. Are these devices much of a muchness these days - any considerable advantages / disadvantages?

Well in my case it goes straight into the media folder of the Wordpress blog I am posting to without any extra configuration.

Re: Desk

I can confirm that images are simply drag and drop into your post. Using this App for a week, it's really nice for making blog entries to Wordpress with wysiwyg text formatting and hyperlinking. I am interested in adding and improving features so have made some suggestions to the developer's communi...

I see this product has now been launched on the App store and wondered if any of you had test driven it yet and had an opinion? I can't find many reviews yet online, but it looks like it could be a good lightweight blogging App, possibly good for starting to build larger pieces of writing if you can...

Split screen in Fullscreen?

Is it possible to use split screen (my favourite feature) in full screen mode so that I can hide the binder and menus etc whilst working across 2 documents?

pages 5.5

Is Scrivener compatible with Apple Pages 5.5 on Yosemite? The files I import are appearing as what looks like small images that are neither legible or editable.

Crashing on import

Hi
Scrivener is crashing every time I try to import certain word docs. Fileconverter runs and hangs. The files then turn up in Recovered after a restart.
Is this a problem with word docs containing particular formatting?
Running osx 10.10

Re: Make Links Easy to Click and a Nice to Have (Tabs)

Hi - can I second the feature request for Tabbed Scapples - this would be really useful when wanting to jump between notes on a particular subject without having to scroll through an enormous Scapple or have several open a the same time. I think this would reflect Scriveners really useful feature of...

Re: Themes

They seem to show different styles of connectors / fonts / notes + a background image and I wondered if these came built into Scapple as what I would call a Theme ?

Re: Themes

Thanks Dr Dog - I followed the instructions on that page, but am unable to open that file. I tried Format -> Note Style -> Import Note Styles, but the file is greyed out. And I tried just opening it but get The document “Solarized-Theme” could not be opened. Scapple cannot open files in the “Scapple...
