Re: Scrivener 3 Themes

there already being a dark mode theme posted earlier by derick . I haven’t tried it out myself though. That theme only changes the Binder. Again, seeing as there will not be any forthcoming Dark/Night MODE from LL, if someone at LL were to create a THEME which could satisfy those who need some kind...

Re: Scrivener 3 Themes

There is a whole board for feature requests. Thank you! Hi Amber, I visited the thread for those requesting a Dark/Night MODE. That idea was shot-down by KB and you directed another user to this thread about Themes, hence my posting here requesting a THEME, not necessarily from LL. I can see I am v...

Re: Scrivener 3 Themes

Adding my request for a DarkMode/Nighttime theme. I dont have time to fiddle myself.

Also, what about putting a Theme manager menu item in the Scrivener menu under preferences? Would make it much quicker to switch between themes.

Does v3 change file format from v2? Can I downgrade if v3 not stable?

Hi, Longtime Scrivener user here. Happy to see v3, but concerned about the integrity of my data. Does v3 change any of the underlying data files? Can v2 open a project which has been saved in v3? I usually wait for the .1 or .2 release of software to upgrade, but would like to dive in to v3 right aw...

Split Screen in Compose Mode

I like working in Compose mode, but usually need my notes open in another pane.
Would love to have the option to split the screen in Compose mode.

Re: Quick notes from Mac Desktop to ScratchPad?

Getting there. I found an Alfred Script to Prepend to a Text file https://github.com/ayn/Alfred-2-Workflows So I can simply type my idea in Alfred and it will prepend it to a text file in Dropbox. I can even grab a bunch of text from a browser and paste it into the Alfred window. So far, so good. If...

Quick notes from Mac Desktop to ScratchPad?

Hi, I understand that if I have Scrivener running I can bring up the Scratch Pad using a hot-key. However I would like to be able to send notes to Scrivener from the Mac Desktop even if the app is NOT running. Is there a way to do this? I use Drafts on iOS to send things from my iPhone/iPad, is ther...

Yes, I've been trying to work with Word and kicking it in the nuts for years !!!

There is zero chance of weaning my editor away from Word, so will start kicking again and see what happens.

Wow, that is way too complicated.
I'll stick with the large package for now.
Hoping that new feature comes soon !

Re: Why do small pasted images ballon the file size?

Hi Amber,
Thanks for quick reply. I need to be able to share the Scrivener package with my editor. Can I put the linked image folder INSIDE the Scrivener package?
