Re: Snapshot Integration?

Hi Katherine, and thanks for your reply. However, what I was asking, and what I would like, is to have the ability to select from a list and therefore call up snapshots within the iOS app.

Snapshot Integration?

Hello, Really enjoying the iOS experience, and I know this might not be possible, but are you planning to be able to integrate 'snapshots' into the iOS app? It would make things a lot more integrated. Yes, I know it takes snapshots of the iOS at the moment, but places them in the macOS version only....

Re: Labels

Sorry Katherine, I thought keywords were a way of locating files not presenting them. Is that correct?

Has anyone, and I'm sure this has been mentioned before, thought of the concept of having more than one labelling system within Scrivener, so that you can present multiple versions, one for say, POV, another for Story Arc, location, scene etc., etc.? So, that you can have multiple overviews of index...

Story Arc's

Hi there, I want to track various Story Arc's that are taking place within my fiction project. I suppose you could look upon them as sub plots in a way. I've created a file for each story arc and have made good use of Scrivener's ability to bookmark these documents in the Inspector by dragging the f...

Internal Links

Am I right in thinking that I can setup an internal link in Scrivener on the main document, but I can’t setup an internal link on my associated notes page?

Re: Converting Files into Folders

Actually, Lunk, just so you know, you can create and convert folders to files and back again outside of the draft folder by clicking the folder plus icon bottom left of the bar.
Then the option appears in the drop down menu of the More section.

Re: Converting Files into Folders

Are they located in the Draft section of the Binder or in Research? If I look at e.g. pdf's in the Research section I get your view, because they are neither Documents nor Folders, but something else. Ah, thank you. They’re in the ‘Research’ section. Now if I carry out the same action on a file in ...

I tested it right now on my iPad. If I left-swipe on a folder I get More and the choice to convert to file.

Maybe you could take a screenshot? Show us?

Re: Converting Files into Folders

If I swipe on a document in the Binder, from rigt to left (swipe left) I get the options More and Move. If I tap on More I get a list of choices, including Convert to folder. Could it be you’re talking about the Mac version of Scrivener? I’m only asking this because I don’t have a Mac version in fr...

Re: Converting Files into Folders

You swipe right on the existing file and then choose More. Then you choose "Convert to Folder", the next to bottom option. To do it the other way round, swipe right on a folder and choose More. Then choose "Convert to File" :D Cheers Owen I’m sorry, but are we talking about the ...

Converting Files into Folders

I know that there is a way of creating folders, Though, does anyone know how to convert an existing file into a folder, or indeed whether this can be achieved in iOS?

Thank you,

Password Protected Projects

Does anybody know whether there is a way of password protecting Scrivener projects?

I've read the previous discussions in this forum and the answer appears to be, no! But I thought I'd put it out there in case anyone knows of a work around.

Thanks
