Re: "save pdf to scrivener" from safari

You hit the nail on the proverbial :)

Thank you very much - now I can be a dirty hoarder of all the research I like... tsk tsk.

"save pdf to scrivener" from safari

I did a search on the forum regarding this, but I don't think the terminology I use is the same as everyone else... sigh... I never fit in with the 'cool' kids, they quote the Simpsons and everything... from memory! :) The Problem: When I try to save a web page from safari - sometimes I prefer to do...

Re: footnotes disappear

Yup yup yup...

Just downloaded Scrivener again (build 6218) and replaced the older version and now the footnotes persist even when I abuse the icon.

Thanks Keith!

Re: footnotes disappear

Hi Keith, thanks (as usual) for the prompt response. I am not trying to add a new footnote to the same bit of text. I am trying to add a footnote to an entirely different part of the document. I click elsewhere in the text and then click on the 'add footnote' icon in the inspector window I have open...

footnotes disappear

I cannot find if this topic is covered elsewhere, apologies if it is. I have several web archives that I have converted to text using scrivener 2.0's built in function. The reason for the conversion is because I want to annotate them with comments and footnotes as part of my research method. When re...

Re: Scrivener 2 Preview (unabashed praise thread)

I love the new Scrivener. Thank you for all your hard work - I'm already in full warrior mode; bashing away and getting things done in the latest iteration of greatness! Thanks once again and keep it up - you chaps do deserve some really good tea (and more)! I'll be upgrading from 1.54 just as soon ...

Re: The status of the next update and 2.0

Scrivener is the single best tool for anyone with the will to write. It is an extension of my creative process, nothing less. Pay for an update? Hell yeah!!! Thanks for the excellent work Keith. I am on the bandwagon as soon as the update is available. Cheers Mate. Nathan Savage

The tao of Scrivener

The way is outlined all in light. Thanks! I've made a good go with Scrivener this weekend and am sure I hit sartori not once, but several times. The forum is just great! I've learnt a hang of a lot (colloquialism, sorry), from being a dedicated lurker/miner. Its a pleasure collating my thousands of ...

I live to Scriv!

Hello. My first appearance as an official member of the forum after lurking for a bit in the liminal spaces (voyeur tsk tsk). That aside, I thought a hearty thank you would be in order. I played around a bit with Scrivener on the chance it could be useful. After a few hours of playing and repeatedly...
