Having problems compiling from Multimarkdown

I get this error whenever I try to compile from MMD: /Applications/Scrivener.app/Contents/Resources/MultiMarkdown/xslt-bin/mmd2rtf.pl: line 19: /usr/local/bin/multimarkdown: Operation not permitted And it says that it can save the file and so I can't compile my document. I have been working around t...

Re: Seeing a folder's Document Notes

Thanks a lot. Cmd+click did the trick. Or you can just view the container's container, rather than the container. Consider if you wish to view the inspector details for a number of scenes in a chapter. You would click on that chapter folder and view the scene index cards on the corkboard, clicking b...

Seeing a folder's Document Notes

Hi, I have been outlining my NaNoWriMo novel last month, making extensive use of the Document Notes, something I've never used before. I have a folder for each chapter, with documents for every scene. Here's my problem: when I click a folder in the Binder, the Inspector doesn't change to show the fo...

Re: Which Linux distro do you use for Scrivener?

I have just upgraded Ubuntu to 12.10 and everything works the same, at least in 32-bit land.

Re: Project still has same file name, but text is earlier draft!

This sounds really weird. Are you synching to dropbox or something like that? The only time that sometihing similar happened to me had to do with a bad dropbox synch. My only other idea is human error. Maybe you saved an old file over the new one. It happens. I think it's way safer for you to enable...

Re: Cork board and outline mode additions.

I've just found out that you can do this in on the Mac, so I guess it will be implemented some time in the future on Windows.

What do you use as a stand for the iPad? It looks great, btw.

Re: This is great!

I am also a Storybook refugee. I got angry when the pro version appeared and suddenly, after an update, I could not longer import my work out of the program. I found Scrivener and have never looked back :D

Re: Organizing a world

You might want to check out the Collections feature to organize appearances by characters and locations in a single place. Great for continuity errors.

Re: Scapple Beta (Download Here)

Great software! Just yesterday I was thinking I need software like a mind map but more freeform to describe a process and suddenly Scapple appears. I don't know if this is a bug or a feature request, but there seems to be no way to remove formating from a note. I ended up deleting some note styles b...

Re: Reasons for choosing old version of Scrivener ?

The Linux version is just a bit behind the features of the Windows version, which is still Scrivener 1. Scrivener 2 is only available on the Mac. Basically, you get the same features as the Windows version (except for PDF support) for free. Saddly, free also means no support, which means if you run ...

Re: Text alignment

Thanks for your replies. I half suspected it couldn't be done using only markdown. Since my final output is going to be html, I will try with the tags. It makes the text looks a bit dirty, but I'm not going to need it that much.

Text alignment

Is there a way to do text alignment in MMD? I need some parts of my manuscript to be centered or right aligned, and I can't find a way to do it. I'm sorry if this is a very basic question, but I can't find the answer anywhere.
